Creamy Habanero Prawn Salad

Ingredients:

400g Raw Prawns, Deveined & Tailed
1 Cucumber, Cubed
1 Yellow Capsicum, Chopped
2 Roma Tomato’s, Diced
1/2 Red Onion, Diced
1 Avocado Cubed
1 Bunch Coriander, Chopped
@aldersonschilli Creamy Habanero Hot Sauce
Pinch Salt
1-2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Dressing:

1 Orange, Juiced
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
1 Lime, Juiced
2 Tbsp Oil

Method:

- Start with the citrus dressing by adding the juice of an orange, half a lemon and one lime, followed by 2 Tbsp of oil. Mix well to combine.

- Chop all the veg and add to a large bowl, dress with citrussy oil, @aldersonschilli Creamy Habanero Hot Sauce and a pinch of salt. Gently stir to combine the flavours.

- Into a hot pan add oil, followed by the prepared Prawns, Old bay seasoning and another swirl of hot sauce. Cook the Prawns for 4-6 minutes then remove and set aside to cool. 

- To serve, pile the salad onto a large family style platter, and scatter the prawns on top.
